In 2017, we delivered a CSD500 Cutter Suction Dredger to a client in Bangladesh for a local river dredging project. The CSD500 dredger has a maximum dredging depth of 15 meters, a discharge distance of 1.5 kilometers, and a flow rate of 3500 cubic meters per hour. After using our dredger, the client was highly satisfied with the quality and, in 2018, purchased another CSD650 Cutter Suction Dredger from us. This model has a maximum dredging depth of 18 meters, a discharge distance of 2 kilometers, and a flow rate of 6000 cubic meters per hour. As the largest dredging company in the region, the client continues to purchase our dredgers, expressing complete satisfaction with our products and services. Our dredgers also helped the client complete their river dredging project ahead of schedule, enhancing their reputation.
In 2019, we exported a bucket ladder gold and diamond mining dredger to the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The dredger has a processing capacity of 100 cubic meters per hour and a maximum dredging depth of 15 meters. It is used for gold and diamond mining in the Congo's riverbeds. This bucket ladder dredger is designed for natural riverbed gold and gemstone mining, equipped with our patented vibrating sluice box and mineral jig, specifically designed for collecting and sorting placer gold, sand gold, diamonds, and gemstones from ancient riverbeds. The recovery rate can exceed 95%.
In 2021, a mining company in Indonesia ordered a set of land-based gold mining equipment from us, with a processing capacity of 250-300 tons per hour. The gold mine is located on an island in Indonesia with complex geology, including clay, sandy soil, and kaolin, with fine gold particles. Using high-pressure water guns, large drum classifiers, and spiral washing machines, we fully wash and grind the material. The material then undergoes two-stage recovery with a vibrating sluice box and stationary sluice box, improving gold recovery and providing greater value for the client.
In 2024, we exported a CSD650 Cutter Suction Dredger to Iraq for a well-known local dredging company. The project involves port dredging and construction in Iraq. The dredger is equipped with a cutter power of 600 kW, a maximum dredging depth of 18 meters, and a discharge distance of 2000 meters, with an hourly production of 1200 cubic meters. Within just two to three months of operation, the dredger had already removed millions of cubic meters of sediment. Our dredger received high praise from the client for its efficiency and performance.
